Acne is a skin condition that happens when the hair follicles become plugged with oil and dead skin. It usually appears on the face forehead chest upper back and shoulders. Acne is  common among teenagers and  it affects people of all ages ,acne is a very common condition.
There are  genetic prone acne, environmental acne  and harmonal acne which is caused by harmonal disturbance.

One can have acne because of some drugs that they are taking or because of certain supplements they having or can have acne because of certain cosmetics.

The earlier you start the treatment the lower your risk of such acne problems .

Acne mostly appears on your face forehead chest upper back and shoulders because these areas of skin have the most oil sebaceous glands.

It's very important to treat your
acne early and have a clear skin.

MASKS


Take two tablespoon of honey and one teaspoon of cinnamon powder, mix both of  them together and make paste like that and then apply it all over the face .If you don't have time then you can make this face mask store it in your fridge and every night you can treat your spots. Apply this facemask and just leave it on for 20 minutes while you're watching tv. This is really good face mask and it is good for all skin types . Honey and cinnamon really helps in reducing the acne scars or acne and any kind of blemishes.

BAKING SODA


Baking Soda is really great. A lot of people currently use baking soda as a part of their daily skin regimen or weekly skin regimen now. Mix one teaspoon of baking soda with one tablespoon of water, and apply that to the affected acne prone or acne area that you have. Let that set on the skin and allow that to dry and once that is dry you can remove with warm water.

ALOE VERA


Aloevera gel or the juice and apply it with a plant  directly to the acne-affected area and leave on for fifteen to twenty minutes. Some people actually leave the gel on their face as a moisturizer. It is anti-fungal, it is great with scars, and it is wonderful.

TURMERIC


Turmeric is antibacterial, as well, and can help fade acne scars. Mix one part turmeric to two parts natural yogurt and apply it to your skin. And then remove it after fifteen minutes with warm water. Turmeric is one of those natural products you can find in most food stores or grocery stores.

GREEN TEA


Boil the water, place the water in the cup. Steep a tea bag within that boiled water for several minutes. Then take the bag out and allow it to cool. Open the bag and remove the leaves. Mash the leaves with honey about a tablespoon of honey  and make this paste,and apply this green tea honey paste over the affected areas and leave on for twenty to thirty minutes, then rinse off with warm water. It has antibacterial affects from the tea but also the antibacterial affects from the honey. Green tea is wonderful. It reduce the growth of acne.

NEEM POWDER


Take neem powder you can make neem powder by drying neem leaves in sun and after drying grind it in mixer to make fine powder,now take one or two teaspoon of neem powder in a bowl and mix with rosewater and make a paste .Paste should not be thick or runny consistency, it should be medium. Apply this paste all over the face evenly for 20 minutes.When it dries wash the face with water.Neem has anti-septic properties it helps to prevent the acne and gives natural glow to skin.



DIETARY CHANGES AND REGULAR EXERCISE MAY HELP PREVENT ACNE


Dietary changes by rolling out some improvements to your eating regimen we can stop any kind of acne including cystic acne. Consume less calories with entire grains, beans ,fresh fruits and green vegetables. Eat nuts and seeds that  are loaded with vitamins and drink a considerable measure of water for the duration of the day to flush hurtful poisons out of your body .Eat almost no dairy products and cheese until the point that the acne is no more. Try not to eat greasy foods and spicy foods that can aggravate the acne.Try not to eat outside food and food loaded with sugar.
