Skin health is a top priority for many of us and while there's plenty of external products to help us out, it's important for us to remember to take care of it now, so that we'll have healthy skin down the road.

Sedentary lifestyle, poor diet, increased pollution, an excessive amount of stress are few factors which will cause skin issues.

Food that helps to make skin healthy and glowing~


Vitamin C is very important for our skin. It makes our skin radiant and healthy, keeps skin hydrated and helps soften wrinkles and fine lines. It helps in production of collagen.
Vitamin C found in oranges, bell pepper, guava, strawberries ,pineapple, papaya etc
Includes vitamin C rich fruits and veggies daily in diet.



Vitamin E-rich foods like almonds and sunflower seedskiwi ,spinach they can keep you looking pimple-free and lighten acne marks and helps moisturize the skin.

Try to avoid spicy and fast food which causes skin acne and skin problems.


FEW TIPS FOR HEALTHY SKIN


1.  Wash your face daily with mild face wash twice in a day.

2.  Exfoliate your skin it will remove dead skin cells from the surface of the skin.You can exfoliate 2 or 3 times in a week.

3. Use toner .It minimize the appearance of pores and restores skin Ph balance making your skin hydrate and soft.

4. Moisturize your skin well.use good moisturizer it acts as a protective barrier for skin. Moisturizer leave your skin soft and supple

5. And  dont forget to use sunscreen lotion everyday as it helps to prevent fine lines wrinkles aging and skin cancer.

Stress is the main cause of unhealthy skin.
Stress can make your skin more sensitive reactive and inflamed, stress may also weaken your skin's ability to fight off irritants allergens leading to sensitive skin or skin infections.

If you're feeling stressed out take a few deep cleansing breaths yoga get a massage or get some sleep whatever you can do to relax, it will make you feel better and it will improve the quality of your skin

Sun's harmful UVA and UVB rays are very harmful for our skin, try to apply sunscreen lotion evenly on skin before going out in sun .You can cover up your skin wearing caps or cloth to avoid sun’s harmful rays direct onto ur skin.

Smoking                                       


Smoking is very harmful for skin .It prematurely age your skin. Smoking damages the collagen fibers in your skin which ordinarily make it firm and strong the more you Puff the more your skin gets rough ,so try to quit smoking for healthy skin.

Drink atleast 2 to 3 litres of water daily for healthy skin  because severe dehydration can lead to poor skin elasticity.
