  • Eat fibre rich food which easily digest.
  • Avoid too much salt and processed food because they are harmful for health and cause bloating.
  • Avoid carbonated drink and alchohal.
  • Do exercise daily and after having food go for a small walk to digest food easily.Stay happy and stress free.😊
